Visited The Fish Market last night 2/27/09 in Calera for the 1st time since George Sarris took ownership. Only two other customers in restaurant. With the restaurant being almost empty, there was no rush for the cook. The ocean perch was so greasy it was dripping cooking oil and was way overcooked. The catfish fillets tasted very fishy and was undercooked. You are given a choice of a dinner salad or 2 sides. The salad is a joke. On the plate was 2 varieties of lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 pitted olives and 1 salonika pepper. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea, but paying almost $24 you'd think the food should be too. We will not be going back.
