Unprofessional staff not only had me verify Dr Fish on provider list myself but then upon my 2nd call spoke to me in a rude and condesending manner. Shame on you Dr. Fish! Are you not a specialist? If your current primary doctor policy is necessary before you can grant us your specialization skills at least ensure that your first point of contact has some customer service skills and can sell you and your services effectively and not treat future patients in a patronizing disdainful manner. Knowledge is power train your staff and read these reviews. Wake up. This is no way to do business. You may think you only lost one patient today but trust me you lost more than that. Entire office was extremely rude. Doctor would not let me finish sentences. He seemed very impatient. I am currently looking for a new doctor. And I will not go back. more
