I came to this place because I had severe back pain. As I walked into the office, I limped to the front desk. I signed my name, and handed the lady my insurance card. Her responce was to "Have a seat and when I CALL YOU, YOU CAN SHOW ME YOUR CARD" (There was only one other patient in the room) (I am a 50 year old man while the lady herself is about 20) I nodded and took my seat. About 5 minutes later, the lady screams, "EXCUSE ME. EXCUSE ME. I SAID EXCUSE ME.I CANNOT READ YOUR SCRIBBLE AND CANNOT PRONOUNCE YOUR NAME." I limped back to the desk, and handed her my driving license, in hopes that maybe she would be able to read that. She looked at my license, and asked me where I lived. I am pretty sure that my driving license contains that information. When I said this, she told me not to be rude, because she was doing her job and that if I were rude, she would call the police. After that, she told me to get out, and then pointed at my son and told him to get "that thing" ("that thing" being me) out of here. I am wondering how this company hired such rude people to "take care" of the ill and pained. I am pretty sure those who hired these people are exactly the same vicious, impolite and rude creatures who practice the same thing. more

Ambrosio needs to go back to whatever school he came from. The animal hospital vet down the street spends more time with a bird then this MD spends evaluating a new patient more

If you want to ask questions or talk to the doc about your condition, forget about it. - you get passed off to a P.A. or a nurse the moment you ask. The docs DO NOT want to be bothered. In fact, noone wants to be bothered at that place (receptionists, nurses, PAs, docs). That intimate relationship with your doc is gone like the wind...and so is the trust. After being a patient there for over 10 years, I will no longer return. The fact that I was misdiagnosed didn't help. Bottom line is they're raking in the $$$ so they could care less. No trust = bad practice. more

Attitudes & egos need to be put aside by some of the staff! Every patient/(client?) is an individual & should be treated with respect & understanding.Traumatic experience...never again. more

My husband went to them 3 times in a month and thay missed diagnosis MRSA. Now he is dead. When I was told what he died from I looked it up on the computer and he had a text book case. Dont go to them. You might not survive. more

First Care Medical Group has top notch doctors and nurses. The quality of care is exceptional, each patient is treated as an individual and the office actually follows up after your visit. The have evening and weekend hours and also two other locations. The only downside is that because no appointment is needed your wait could be as short as five minutes or as long two hours. I find 30-45 minutes is typical. more
