For starters, they didnt even have a stop for my daughter besides one across town. They never answer the phone and when they do, they hung up on me. My child fell asleep on the bus and the driver couldnt even remember that she was on the bus. They are never on time for pick up or drop off. Who is responsible for our children and their safety on these vehicles? We went to the board of education for help and I hope they can actually get in touch with someone to fix this! more

They are so unprofessional. They never answer the telephone. They connect you to an extension. Nobody never returns your call. If your child is late arriving home from school. Who do you contact? Pros: Provides transportation Cons: never answers the telephone more
