I had a checking account with them and they continually let unauthorized people take money out of my account electronically. When they wouldn't fix the problem, I closed my account and they put me into ChexSystems! Instead of arguing with them, I paid the money to them and they still won't take me out of ChexSystems even though they have told me numerous times that they are going to do so. \r \r Also, when I first got the account, I opened it with $300. I came back a week later to withdraw some money and they told me the account didn't exsist! That took hours to figure out that they hadn't put me in the system yet. Not to mention, their "errors" will never get you any apologies, just rude behavior.\r \r I've now dealt with three other banks in the area for various areas of banking.... checking, savings, CD's, and loans.... and none of them have given me any trouble like this place. Hands down they are the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. more

I am a customer of the bank's insurance agency. I receive quality service and feel very safe with their coverage. My calls are always returned and I have always been more than satisfied. The agent goes out of her way to take care of our needs. PROS: Great Service! CONS: None more
