Worst bank ever! 9/12/2015

This bank is the worst bank ever. The service is bad and it seems they are not up to technology. Their website does not work after hours or weekends; I signed up to manage my account paperless (to use technology) and they kept sending bunch of letters, paper to my physical address. The service I was given at the Walnut office was horrific. I do not recommend it to anyone. more

This bank is outstanding! 8/28/2005

First Security bank is not a nationally known bank but that doesn't mean they can't run a business! The tellers are always friendly and the bank has a drive through. I ordered my checks and they only took week. My last bank took three weeks to get my checks. They have safety deposit boxes at a pretty reasonable price. There is plenty of parking and they have spots for the disabled. more
