First Nursing Academy

Sued MA for 5k unpaid wages. Won the case and still never saw the $$. Students complained all the time. Other staff also said they were not getting paid in a timely way. MA is a scam artist. He owes banks,so what makes us think we will get our just due. I cannot believe he is still in business. Would take a group of people to file criminal charges to stop him. more

Mohammed will take ur money I was 6 weeks pregnant trying to receive my can license I gave him 1700$ class never started and I literally was gonna give birth when the classes started again I asked him for a refund he said no and if I wanted to make my money back I'll have to make fake reviews I was desperate I had no degree and all the money I saved I gave to him....I wrote false reviews on Google and I hate that I did but guess what he still didn't give me anything. ....he's a snake and a creep more

Unfortunately I have realized exactly what the concerns are of this school. They want nothing more than to take the money of students without caring for their actual education. You will not receive your books on time and if you choose to withdraw from the course they now have a no refund policy. On top of that you will never be able to speak with the administrator as he is never there. If you have a complaint you will be yelled and screamed at by the administrator Mohamed Ali and if you choose to leave the school you will be issued a no trespass order as well. Numerous staff have left as they are not treated with respect or concern. Please be very careful here. You will be consistently lied to and if you request a refund you will not receive it. With over 5 judgements against the school and many more pending you can see that there is no concern for you as a student. You will receive no help from the administration as there is none besides Mohamed himself. The only care he has is getting your tuition money in an attempt to keep the school open long enough to keep robbing more people. He is in violation with the Board of Nursing in many aspects and in some instances you may not be receiving the necessary training for state licensure. Instructors are constantly leaving due to his inability to pay them, hence why he doesn't care about refunding over 15+ students back their money (totaling over $10,000). I beg any of you considering this school, keep looking elsewhere. There are many long term care facilities that even offer free training. Do not facilitate this narcissistic human being's need to steal money from people who don't know any better. more

I am still absolutely appalled by the unethical and ILLEGAL business practices First Nursing Academy believes is perfectly fine! I enrolled in a CNA course at FNA and paid the tuition up front. I withdrew from the program before the course began, per FNA's withdraw policy, and was told I would receive my full refund, minus a processing fee. The Director, M.A., advised it'd take up to 30 days to receive the refund due to an out-of-state accounting firm handling the refunds. I agreed to that and we moved on. That was in May/June of 2014. Fast forward to the fall of 2015... No refund and my attempts to speak with M.A. were ignored each and every time. I then received a letter from FNA's Business Office Manager, J.S., who stated I could receive my full refund in monthly installments or use it toward the tuition of one of their courses. I chose the monthly installments. I was advised via email that I'd receive my first installment after October 31, 2015. (From what I understand, J.S. no longer works at FNA.) I'm now typing this review on January 10, 2016 and I have never seen a dime of my promised refund. From what I gather in several reviews on this page, it seems to be a standard of M.A. to run this "nursing program" in an unethical and illegal manner! more

I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to receive my Certified Nursing Assistant training and I was placed in a job right away. From the staff to the instructor, everyone is so helpful and cares so much about my preparation in entering the health care field. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for CNA training. more
