Well, I had an account for only a few months with this bank, and to me it was a few months too many. I had fraud on my account within 2 months, and it took way too long to get that situation to be settled even though I gave all the evidence and signed all their forms. The customer service is lacking, don't even try to call their 800 number, you will end up ripping out your hair. They also have tons of fees. I switched to a more national bank that has no fees and treats me so much better.
