Great service 2/23/2010

Good customer service by this bank. I had a small problem today, and Candy at the service desk helped me resolve right away. Any time I have had banking issues, the people are very helpful - small bank atmosphere where you aren't just a number. more

Small Town Bank 9/25/2005

Piedmont Bank is one of those banks that is small and still treats customers like people. Instead of being just a number you're greeted as an old friend. It's a great banking establishment. When you walk in it's neat and clean-looking. There are offices to talk to loan officers and seats if you just feel like resting for a few minutes. PROS: treat you well CONS: not many branches more
