Crescent State is one of the little guys, but they have world class customer service. When I walk into the Apex branch, everybody knows my name! \r \r I first got involved with them when I opened my checking account there. I quickly needed a loan to buy a car, and they went out of their way not only to help me secure a loan (even driving out to my work in order to bring me paperwork!) but to make sure I was getting a good deal and a good buy (providing information on the cars I was interested in)\r \r We're working on buying a house right now, and Crescent has gone out of the way to spend time with us explaining our mortgage options and work up several different buying scenarios. They've patiently taken the mystique out of the process for us, and it's good to have someone "on your side" when it comes to financial matters! more
