This company is completely unethical - they provide ridiculous credit terms for a fraudlent company DIRECT BUY! I have tried numerous times to have them assist me is figuring out how to help with this fraudlent company and all I have received is resistance. They have no cares about the consumers that they are supposedly servicing. I would never deal with them - I would stay as far away from them as possible. BAD BUSINESS Practices 3/8/2010

This is the company Direct Buy for customers to finance their memberships. I paid off my bill in full, and they received the payment two days late, and slapped me with a $100+ dollar fee, and has be compounding it almost daily. They send you a bill, with the due amt, but by the time you receive the bill, it has already accrued more interest and fees, and if you pay/sebd the amt on the bill it's not current and they keep you in this loop hole to keep you paying their high fees and interest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Cons: Credit sharks, bad terms more

this one agent call my home every day and my job said i was late on loan i receive for direct buy club. She went on to say it would continue until i pay late fee. Cons: call job and home more
