My experience at First Merit bank today was terrible. Went to there branch in DOWNERS GROVE IL. tried to cash a tenants check, ask me for every ID I own, the only thing that didn't ask for was BLOOD. I said this is F... up talking about my tenants check, thats when Mrs Flex your Power stepped in Jackie the Branch Manager and said you just swore at MY teller. I said i never swore at the teller, I was swearing at the stituation i was in. Then she said I'm calling the Police, i said go ahead I have done nothing wrong. So thank you Jackie you wasted my time and tax payers MONEY, not 1 police officer but 4 showed up for little old me trying to cash a check. My opinion this is the worst bank and customer service I have every recieved. I would BANK else where
