They will stick you with fees every chance they get. If you overdraw your account the fee will disturb purchases that have already been 'held' and they will pull those transactions through biggest to smallest. They also charge fees for 'returned mail' and will take overdraft fees on top of that as well. more

First Merit Bank 7/22/2005

This bank offer a multitude of choices in checking accounts. There is much competition with other banks, but I use this bank because of the service I receive. I usually use online bill pay or drive thru, but when I do go into the bank, the teller remembers my name. I had one problem with my checking account which was remedied with one visit. No fights, no arguments....just good service. more
