He?s a REALLY good doctor but his billing staff isn?t so good. I told them that I did not want treatment that exceeded my insurance copay 3 seperate times. 3 seperate times they told me that the treatment would not. They led me to believe that the balance I had was due to their billing error which they would correct so I continued treatment. AFTER the serise of treatments they told me I had a very large balance. They said it was their mistake but I had to understand that everyone makes mistakes. I paid all of my copays at the time of service and they collected from my insurance company. I said that I thought they should do something to help me since I made it very clear 3 times that I did not want the treatment if it was going to be above my copays and they assured me it would not. The office said the would not add one copay that they forgot to charge but other than that they would not do anything and I had to pay THAT DAY or it would be turned over to collections. I said I didn't think they could do that and I wanted a 3rd party to help us work it out. The office maintained that they could and would turn it over that day and told me I was wasting their time. When I gave a credit card number to pay the ballance they said I could make payments but I was so scared by the threat of collections and the mistakes they had already made that I just paid it. I only had the treatments because they mislead me, not 1 but 3 times and the office agreed that was exactly what happened but refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. This was a huge financial burden to my family and the office was able to collect a great deal of money from me and my insurance because they led me to believe I wouldn't owe anything over my copay. I was very clear that I wanted to stop treatment if I owed over my copay. They did not tell me I had a balance of any kind until I finished a serise of treatments that took months and had no time to talk with me. Be careful.
Pros: Great Doctor, Nice Office
Cons: Office staff
