This branch is not my home branch but one afternoon I had to stop in and get some some things done. I just have to say that one teller (which escalated to two tellers, then three tellers) all got involved and each gave me their two cents of the situation. It was an error on the part of the bank and I just wanted to clear up some things, but it got real ugly and I even asked to speak with the manager, which was busy with another disgruntled customer so I didn't get anything resolved.
I just have to say that when a situation arises that you need a superior officer to help in this, do not get co-workers involved to give their two cents which didn't help any. This made personal information of mine shared among co-workers and it was a little uncomfortable after hearing it three times and out loud so everyone waiting in line could hear it. Very bad customer skills from this branch.
