This bank is TERRIBLE. It truly must be run from the top down by morons. Everyone from that idiot "nettie" who sometimes answers the phone and demands your name (why? you don't want to speak to her.) and when you give it and she doesn't recognize you, rudely demands, "WHO?" as if she expected it to be president Obama or somebody famous ---- to the ill trained, so called 'customer service,' personnel who look at you as if you've got three heads when you ask them to perform the simplest task, to the rude tellers, the loan guy who had to ask ME how to make a loan .... and I could go on and on and on. MORONS. I removed ALL my money from this bank and I would advise you do the same. Idiots, the lot of them.
