First Executive Real Estate

Terrible!! I had similar experiences to the other people on here. Luckily I was able to pull out before signing a lease and handing over money. Sheik is a nasty human being and a pathological liar. He lures you in with fake ""no fee"" apartments but then when you get there he says they are no longer available and then he tries to take you for a ride. The few apartments I did see were all kind of run down and gross. There was one I thought could work but it turned out that he never agreed to the price with the landlord who wanted $100 more for the place. This was the day I came to sign my lease so you can imagine how frustrated I was. It was probably a blessing in disguise because when I googled the address and landlord, a history of bedbugs and harassment of tentants came up. Pretty disturbing stuff. \r All-in-all a huge waste of time and an extremely unpleasant experience. Highly unrecommended! more

At the last minute I found out the apartment Sheik Hossain from First Executive tried to get me to move into was infested with bedbugs! The downstairs tenent came up to warn me. She had bites all over her arms! He actually said, ""Every apartment has bedbugs. They're no big deal."" Unfortunately I already paid security, 1st months rent, broker fee, move in/move out fee, smoke and carbon alarm fee... His last words to me were, ""If you want your money back you will have to sue me."" Unbelievable!!! Called a lawyer yesterday. more

This is the worst agency ever!!! Extremely unprofessional, they lie in their craigslist ads about location and price, they shove strangers together and make them see each others' apartments that they have no interest looking at whatsoever. Last week I had an appointment with one of their ""agents"", not only did he not show up at their office to meet me, but the office was closed and I couldn't reach him on his cell either. And they expect me to pay 1 month commission for this kind of service?? I don't think so! more
