New Patient. Friend recommended Dr. Smith. Called on a Monday and got an appointment to see Dr. Smith on that same Thursday. Staff was polite. Paid my co-pay and was seen by Dr. Smith in less than 10 minutes. I had a small growth under my eye. Dr. Smith explained in detail how he would remove it and what I could expect. Dr. Smith and nurse talked me through the whole procedure and I left with no questions. It has only been a week and a half and I have only a small red mark where the growth was. Entire visit took about 40 minutes (and that is as a new patient). more

This ia a very professional, compassionate, caring\r and experienced practice. My fanmily has been using them for years. Dr. Smith is a very fine doctor. The service has always been excellent and friendly. more

Three generations of my family are currently being treated by this office for various skin problems. The doctors and their physician assistant are excellent and the staff is well-trained. My own Doctor even comes here which I think is a pretty good recommendation. more

I have been going to First Coast Dermatology over 15 yrs for skin cancer screenings and have been impressed with the doctors competence and professionalism. Their staff is very friendly and respects me and my time. The ofice is clean and well maintained and I feel very comfortable here. more

I have NEVER made a complaint before but this office is to much for me. I brought my mother who is 83 in to see the doctor regarding cancer on her legs and she was treated so dismissively by the charge person that i really feel like contacting the BBB. There is no need ever to talk openly about a patients medical condition while everyone in far ear shot as far as im concerned can hear. We will never ever go back to see the doctor and if I ever see that charge woman in the real world she will get a piece of my mind. Very unprofessional and unnecessarily disclosing information. My mother cried, cried she was so embarrassed being treated like she was a child getting scolded and about information that I believe is very personal. Shame on you. Cons: Service more
