Over priced on all product's.They will work on your radio and won't call you when it's done.Then when you call and find out what the status is on your radio tell you something is really messed up with it and try to get you to buy a new one off them at almost new prices.Then you go back a few day's later you see your radio on the shelf for 3 time's the amount you paid for it.Vince is a crook that will destroy your radio then charge you out the ass for a new radio that barely put's out 10 watt's.Do not recommend First Class Radio at all they are a big RIPOFF!!! more

First Class Radio Incorporated charged me $200 and told me they had fixed my radio. It wasnt fixed so I took it back to them and they charged me $30 more to "fix it again"..it still wasnt fixed. These folks dont have a clue about working on radios. If you value your cb radio, avoid them. more
