NOT SATISFIED with work at all. We were excited to get our hot tub up and running. Mr. Boggs came out to work on our hot tub. The repair did not last and we asked him to come back. After multiple phone calls to this company, we finally got in touch with him. He came back and left behind materials as well as his card in the mailbox. Nothing was fixed. We tried contacting him again and when we got through, he asked us to call back and leave him a message describing what we needed. He did not return that phone call and we finally gave up. We found another company and when they came out to look at our hot tub, we were told that multiple screws on the pump were stripped. Also, the leak that was supposedly fixed was poorly done. We had to pay even more money to repair what Mr. Boggs had ruined. Save your money and find someone else.
