Education at this age is extremely important to me, as I feel it provides the foundation of the academic years to come. The teachers at First Circle provided a great environment for my daughter. I love everything about the school, from the kind smiles of the teachers to the exciting curriculum for the students.My daughter will be leaving First Circle with a good education, important learning tools, and irreplaceable memories.\r \r The school is always clean and secure, and the school offers extended hours to help out working families (7:00am - 6:00pm). more

A truly great place! 11/18/2007

We came across First Circle on the web at a time when we were desperately searching for daycare for our 3.5 month old daughter Cambridge where we live and had ended up on the (long) waiting lists of several centers. First Circle was quite close to one of our jobs and had an opening available, so we decided to give it a try. After touring the facility, meeting the Director and the infant teachers we were sold. Our experience with First Circle so far has been simply outstanding! We have been impressed with the qualifications, experience and personality of the staff. The center?s Director has an advanced degree in early childhood development, and the primary infant teachers have 25+ years of experience in this field and are very loving, affectionate, attentive and patient. The First Circle staff care about every child regardless of their temperament and get to know each child well enough to know their moods, rhythms, like and dislikes.   • We are licensed for 102 children from the age of 1 month to 6 years. We have open enrollment, year-round, based on space availability. The program operates Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

    Designed in an open style, First Circle contains eight classrooms, each with a different approximate age range, child-teacher ratio and set of developmental goals.

    We seek to create a warm and comfortable environment where the well-being of children, their families, and staff is our primary focus.

    Our program provides a balance of learning and play. Our curriculum, The World Around Me, is designed to foster a positive sense of self and community, independence, respect for others, and celebration of our similarities and differences.

    In addition, we offer an expansive 18,000 square foot fenced-in area located outside play area equipped with state of the art play equipment and structures, providing separate playgrounds for preschoolers and for infant/toddlers.
