yes, Frannie is nice, but all the other members are terrible. I will never go back and iv had my hair cut there like 5 times, and have got a terrible cut every time. the staff are very rude and are rough while cutting your hair and rush though it. it usually takes 15 minutes to cut my hair and i literally got a 4 minute cut. more
