This place is fantastic, I went there a week ago today for a toe that I broke. And I mean really broke, they were fast, compassionate, caring and did I mention fast? The doctor set my toe and he did such a fabulous job my foot doctor complemented him on his work. I have been there a few times and each time has been a great experience. more

This was our second visit to First Choice. We will return here every time we have an emergency. The staff, facilities, and care are top notch and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I've seen a few reviews talk about how they loved the place but did not love the bill, check with your insurance before you choose to go because ours cover 100% after our copay (which is the same amount that we would pay to go to a public ER). more

We went in to First Choice Emergency Room on a Saturday afternoon, for a check up, after an auto accident. Everything was top-notch - the care, exam, sympathy, and follow-up. It's now OUR First Choice! more

First Choice Emergency Room at South Shore Harbour is awesome. They get you in quick and start addressing your concerns immediately. The staff is also awesome, whether it be nurses, Doctors or office staff. If you are in the league City area and need an Emergency Room, go to First Choice Emergency Room. My family goes to First Choice. more
