Recently I had a hacker get into my computer and got some information from one of my accounts that dealed with First Charter. I called the 800 number to re bulk this charge and they advised me since it was a business account that they couldn't fight the charge although explained how I could track them and then I could contact my home branch and it would be up to the branch manager if they would be able to reclaim the expenses that were charged to my account. I did contact the company that the charge was from and then contacted my branch manager and she did take care of all with great apologies...........I was very impressed! Not as much hassle as I thought it was going to be.
