Great service! Recommended by my insurance agent, the entire process was easy. They billed the insurance company directly over the phone. From start to finish it only took about 1 hour. Nice people too! more

They were friendly and helpful and the entire process took less than an hour. more

Impressive service, very organized staff. Knew exactly what type of window was needed for my truck and had it available for immediate installation. First Call was willing to work around my schedule and came to my home. I took advantage of the free mobile service they offer and recommend them for windshield replacement. more

They had what I was looking for! 5/29/2013

First Call Auto Glass had availability first hand of the parts and window(s). Just with a quick call, we scheduled a next day appointment (given the option of mobile or bringing the vehicle to their shop) I decided to bring it into the shop. Within an hour my car had a brand new window which was maintained very well. Overall I definitely recommend this place. more

State Farm Insurance recommended them when I called about a claim. Betty scheduled the appointment based on my schedule and billed my insurance company directly. Scott was the tech that did the replacement was very skilled at his craft and took extra care not to damage any part of my car. I am very pleased with how the entire process turned out. more

Called them at 10 AM on a Saturday and by 11:20 AM my windshield was replaced. I I appreciated the fact that they come to your home or office with no extra cost. They were also the cheapest among several other businesses I contacted. This must be an old address because they are actually at 2905 Oceanside Blvd. more

I am happy to share that my appointment with First call was a pleasant experience. I Purchased a 2013 Lexus four months ago and during a mini vacation found my self in need of a complete windshield due to flying debris on the highway. Apprehenisve about the mobile service I was assured the utmost care would be taken with my new car. Their word is gold to me and there are no signs that any work was ever done. more

Money well spent 3/18/2013

Professional service, all billing was handled over the phone. My tech's name was Scott, this guy did such a good job that it is not even noticeable that I had any prior damage to my windshield. This is the best way I have ever spent my tax return. more
