Starter and battery cable 12/18/2013

We were having trouble starting our car and First Automotive took our van in the next day, isolated the problem and fixed it. Now it drives well. more

Always dependable 11/18/2013

Road noise was really getting bad while driving my car in NYC. I thought of seeing a mechanic down there but convinced myself to risk coming back so I could take it to Mark, because I knew I could trust him. I was not disappointed. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it the first time! I would not trust my car to anyone else but Mark. more

First time there :) 9/7/2012

I went for a routine oil change and state inspection. As a young female who's pretty much clueless about cars, I am always hesitant to go to new mechanics for the fear that they will try to be shady and tack on extra things for more $. My air filter was shot and they actually brought it out to show me how disgusting it was and asked if I wanted it replaced. I felt comfortable there, and they were all very nice and friendly. Definitely will be returning for my next oil change. more

First Automotive is the best Mechanic shop in town. We've been customers for 14-15 years and we feel like family. They take care of what needs to be done with care and almost always in the same day that you bring it in. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! more

Oil change - prep for towing travel trailer 8/6/2012

As always, they worked me into thier schedule at my convenience. During routine LOF, noticed worn belt and recommended replacement. It really needed to be replaced, I trust them completely. more
