The History of First Assembly of God First Assembly of God Church was founded in 1946 in conjunction with the opening of the District Office facilities and the creation of Spencer Lake Bible Camp. The first congregation purchased the Lutheran Church building on the corner of Maple and Waupaca Streets. The present property was purchased in 1970 and new facilities build in 1971. The present leadership team includes Rev. Cliff Cameron (pastor) and Debra Kilcoyne (director of Children's Church). The vision statement of First Assembly of God is "Connecting people with God, with each other, and with our world." As a Pentecostal or Charismatic congregation, the church presents a four-fold gospel message: saving faith in Jesus Christ alone, divine healing in answer to believing prayer, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ..
