FACS is a great school! 3/20/2011

I love this school! The teacher's love their students and pray with them and for them. They are committed to their mission and to following God's direction. My daughter recently transferred and is doing great. There are so many options for kids who are also committed to their education. The arts program is wonderful, with the InTune team from First Assembly Christian Church working in the school as well. The sports program is awesome too. Both of these ""extra"" programs (that you don't find in every Christian school) help make sending your kids to FACS an easy decision for Christian parents! more

Might as well send your kids to public school 9/21/2010

Took my kids out because they were hearing things that they could hear and seeing things they could see in public school for free.\r Teachers hands are tied since Mike Bartlett is more worried about keeping any kids there he can because of money. KIds are allowed to stay even after many trips to the principles office for cursing and unruley behavior.\r \r It was a much better school under Mrs. Snodderly!!!!\r It lacks leadership more

So much potential but lacks leadership 2/19/2010

I know a kid who attended 8 years, but his learning disability was discovered only after he moved to public schools. Teachers wont stay after school to help, FACS strongly suggests you pay tutors (their teachers) to make up for what they dont teach. Parents assist as athletics, where their kids get the choice positions in the sports teams regardless of talent. The headmaster is totally lost and has no direction. They dont even want parents to help raise $$, they just want the check without having to work for it. They are unmotivated and ambivilant on the children. I would love to send my child there but the vibe is one of unorganization. Pros: great environment Cons: non caring teachers, administration in over their heads more

Welcome 3/7/2008

Wonderful caring staff and parents. Always feel welcome whenever I have attended any of the many funtions and activities for my grandchildren. Everyone is so involved and caring - on and off campus. Pros: Caring - Christian atmoshpere. Cons: No football field more
