First American isn't the place to go if you want to close on your home in a week... they take their time, and do things right. The biggest plus is that they're all ready for you on closing day... stack of papers on the table, just whip it out, sign, and you're done! more

A+ title company 8/29/2005

First American was our closing company on 2 rental houses... they did a good job. They WERE a little slow with the paperwork, but when it came time to close, everything was in order, and we didn't have to wait for them to go change documents... all in all, A+! more
