First Acura

I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service! I went in to buy a vehicle wasnt sure if I wanted a car or SUV. I had a Capital One approval letter my financing already in place and was more than ready to drive away in one. I was looking at 3 differnet vehicles I test drove 2 of them with a gentleman that clearly did not want to be there on Sunday. I was asking questions regarding tires that seemed low, 4 wheel drive etc... All I received for responses from the salesman were 1 word answers. We get to the 3rd vehicle he tells me the battery is dead so I say why cant you jump it and he told me we didnt have the time nor could he get access to the jump box. THIS IS A DEALERSHIP!!!! you would think that someone would have had jumper cables. And thats what I told him he then proceeded to walk away from me.I then went in asked for a manager who gave me an even worse attitude. And he told me that he found it hard to believe what I told him and walked into the building telling more

the service was excellent. When I drove into dealership someone met me at the door, took my car keys, told me to go inside where it is warm and have a cup of coffee while they do my maintainance. Also, if I wanted to go shopping while they worked on my car they have free shuttle service to accomodate that!!! The service was done quickly and my car was spotless when it was delivered to me. The price was reasonable so I would give Firs t Acura in Seekonk an A+. more
