Excellent service 7/7/2013

All issues I have ever encountered with my 2007 Saturn at the Hainesviille shop have been immediately addressed and resolved. The staff (especially Joe) always goes above & beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I am a true supporter of this shop & have never experienced such great service anywhere else. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS - ABSOLUTELY YES !!! more

friendly, knowlegable and very helpful 7/2/2013

Stopped in to have my oil changed and my car checked. They went over the whole car, answered all my questions and wrote up quotes for the things I needed done. They gave me a time schedule on when to have the different items done-thinking of my budget. There was no pressure or pushy sales pitches. Even said I could wait and maybe the tires might bo going on sale. Now that is awesome! more

It's hard to find mechanics you can trust, especially as a woman. It is obvious they are there to keep your vehicle in running order and safe and not how they can make another buck. more
