Trustworthy, helpful staff 2/22/2014

I have been doing business with Firestone at Busch and 56th Street for two years. I have a very old car. The staff here has been helpful, informative and even kind. As a single woman, I have been "taken" on a few occasions when it pertains to car mechanics that I know nothing about! This place is different. They give me options. They tell me what needs to be repaired today and what can safely wait for another day. They offered a credit card option when I did not have cash to pay for repairs. They have given me lifts home. I could not be more pleased with the quality services this Firestone shop has provided to me and my little old Toyota. God bless each of you mightily. I am usually very satisfied with my services. But not yesterday. Friendly and efficient service 11/1/2013

Since I chose to wait on my vehicle to be serviced, I was given an estimated wait time of an hour to an hour and a half. My service was complete within 30 minutes! Very satisfied. more
