I've been coming here for years, fairly consistent service. I find when I work with personnel who know me and my car, the results are better. But when I work with someone new, I feel they don't care about the long-standing relationship, I don't get the usual good service. I generally spend about $1500 a year, give or take, I don't bring in coupons, I don't try to wheel and deal because I believe in paying fair prices for good service. But when an unfamiliar employee is dismissive, brusque or just not helpful, I'm not happy. This is the difference between 4 and 5 stars. I have recommended to many friends.
