I have had my vehicles serviced here for a couple years. Unfortunately this time a new staffer was given my file and tried to over inflate the cost. Eventually Ken took care of it...

Chris King is the most knowledge person in the shop. He remembers and knows my vehicle inside and out. I would trust know one else's than him to work on my car. I would highly recommend this shop and especially him to service my vehicle. 5 stars all the way. The staff will aways service my car. Exceptional service and always honest. more

Consistent Good Service 3/13/2014

I had my first experience here when I had a tire go bad, this time was for an oil change. Same great service and they explained the cost before they began and if there was an issue that would increase that cost, they explained everything completely before they continued. more

Good service, pleasant personnel 3/12/2014

I've been coming here for years, fairly consistent service. I find when I work with personnel who know me and my car, the results are better. But when I work with someone new, I feel they don't care about the long-standing relationship, I don't get the usual good service. I generally spend about $1500 a year, give or take, I don't bring in coupons, I don't try to wheel and deal because I believe in paying fair prices for good service. But when an unfamiliar employee is dismissive, brusque or just not helpful, I'm not happy. This is the difference between 4 and 5 stars. I have recommended to many friends. more

This store is consistent with their estimates, the schedule of work to be done and their final cost. I would consider them to be very ethical and honest in their business practices. The final thing i love is not having to take back my car to the shop because of something that was missed or not repaired the first time! more
