Firestone Complete Auto Care

We took our Honda Odyssey in for a 60k tuneup and only a few days later we're having all kinds of problems with the transmission. It's slipping out of gear while driving and not moving at all, then it will catch and start going again. We weren't having any problems before we took it in. I'm taking it back to see what they will do and will re-post afterwards. Pros: Nice staff, clean place Cons: Car's having problems it didn't have before more

I really enjoyed the people at Honest Auto. I feel as if I was not ripped off, like I did when I took my car to purrfect Auto. The people are great. They treat you like family instead of a customer. They are just amazing. I don't mind waiting on my car with the treatment that I recieve from them. I get everything done with them, from oil changes to major work on my car. I used to let the Nissan dealership work on my car, but since I've found Honest Auto. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I never thought I'd be writing a review about anything less known,an automotive repair service. However, these guy's are not just a repair service. They're good people. I'd passed thier shop on several occasions and looked at the sign and said to myself, ""yea right"" Until this morning I didn't think there was a HONEST Pros: Professional, clean shop, Good guys more

These guys do excellent work, on time and on budget. I have had them do everything from Lube and Oil changes to major systems overhauls, on both new and old vehicles. Very friendly crew. Pros: These guys do excellent work. more

I know of so many people who have gotten their cars worked on by Honest-1, and all of them have been very happy. I have had my cars worked on by their mechanics, too, and I will continue to take my cars to them. They truly live up to their name...they are always honest, and they make sure that you understand what is wrong with your car and what needs to be done. They get the work done when they promise, too, which is hard to find, now days. They even have a kids' play area for my kids to play in, and I can check my email or surf the internet on their customer computers while waiting. The shop is always clean, which is nice, because I hate those dirty, grimy shops that you leave covered in dirt and grease. You should definitely take your cars there!
