Firestone Complete Auto Care

I do not do reviews often but I want to warn others so that you will not have to go through what my wife and I have. It took 3 trips and losing my cool to get an apology and my brakes to work correctly. Issue 1. get vehicle back after full brake job with no emergency brake. Issue 2. get told by "Doug" you don't need and emergency brake but they will adjust it. Issue 3. get nothing but attitude from Doug and truck isn't fixed until I lose my cool, after losing my cool finally get poor customer service instead of non existent customer service. Truck "seems" to be fixed---we shall see if it stays that way. Manager Doug has zero respect and zero people skills, he insulted my wife to the point that she would not go back unless I was with her. My one, only and LAST experience with Doug is "what a jerk" he is a disrespectful, arrogant, angry little man. With millions unemployed Firestone needs to due some hiring. The first time I took my wife's car there they diagnosed a problem and did not do a certain repair that I thought was needed, saving me some money.\r \r When I took my truck there later, to get routine service, they supposedly repacked the wheel bearings and serviced the brakes. 3 months later my wheel bearings were worn out and my brake master cylinder needs replacing. So much for certification. more
