I have been taking my car here for over a year. Today, they tried to sell me two new tires, because I might not pass my state inspection. I reminded them that they sold me these tires, 14 months ago, and if they were truly in bad shape after 12K miles, they must have been defective to start with. \r The tires were then deemed acceptable and I was able to pass my NC inspection. \r This will be my last interaction with this firestone location. more
