Been to the Firestone Auto Center in Seekonk, MA many times and have always been treated fairly and honestly. They seem to go out of their way to find a way to "lessen the blow" ...

Mixed feeling about this shop. March 2010 - I had a screw in my tire late on a Friday night and needed a quick fix. Bob was more than willing to take care of it on short notice. ...

Mixed feeling about this shop. March 2010 - I had a screw in my tire late on a Friday night and needed a quick fix. Bob was more than willing to take care of it on short notice. May 2010 - took the car in for a brake inspection, knowing there was some kind of issue. They tried to charge me $107/ea. for 2 front break hoses on a BMW 325. You can't find them anywhere for more than $35. They are rubber brake hoses for god's sake! That's highway robbery if I have ever heard of it. These places are good for little things - oil change, flat repair, etc. You're better off at a mom and pop for bigger fixes. more

Great Customer Service 2/9/2009

I took my car a couple times to the Firestone Seekonk.\r I always received an excellent customer care,accurate price and time estimate on the job.\r The manager was really kind,he explained me what was the problem with my car and showed me the parts which are needed to be changed.\r They got the job done quickly and my car was still clean-not like usually after being fixed.\r \r I would truly recomend that car service,\r P.P. more
