Firstly there are two people at the front desk, one in the morning is James and the one in the afternoon is Steve, and they are accomplices. When you ask one about the other they throw their hands up!\r
I went to them for a timing belt change(James at counter). When I asked him for a quote he came up with a 1200$ quote! When I told him just couple of months back he had given me a 400$ quote he checked back at old records and agreed for that price. He also asked me if I need to change the water pump because he said it can be done while changing the timing belt and would just cost the price of the part. When he showed me the quote it was only a difference of about 100$ between the two. I did not think replacing the water pump was necessary and so I asked him to only change the timing belt.\r
