Definitely Dishonest 12/21/2008

I took my car here for a routine oil change. I was told after their inspection that I also needed tires and front brake pads. I thought their price for tires was high, so I had my oil changed and took my car to another shop for the tires and brakes. The other shop replaced my tires, but said that I do NOT need brakes, they were in fact at 45%, which is still perfectly fine. What I discovered about this Firestone is that the mechanics work on commission as opposed to being paid hourly. Perhaps that is why they wanted to cheat me. I highly recommend staying away from this establishment and find a smaller company that cares about their reputation. Cons: Dishonest facility more

I am very much satisfied with the service by Firestone. I used to do oil change, tire change ..... for my car in this firestone. One of the staff, Bob is so friendly and he used to say what all i have to replace in my car. He also gives advice regarding how you have to manage a car. Nowadays i am going only to this firestone not to other shop. Even i have opened a firestone credit card and with that i can save a little bit. You can also use the coupon, with the coupon the price will be very low. more
