Their prices are good but their customer service is terrible. We dropped off our car for an oil change and because we weren't there, our car didn't get finished after four hours....

Awful 9/13/2005

Their employees are very rude and do not now what they are talking about. The mechanics they use do not seem to have much knowledge at all either. I would suggest staying by your car and making sure they dont break anything on purpose so you have to get it fixed. They also give you a long list of things your car "needs" to have done but that is not always true. more

opens early, but you pay for it 9/6/2005

They're very helpful, open 1/2 an hour before the guys across the street, and only do the repairs you tell them to do. Prices are about 10-20% higher, so you are paying for the service. more

Use Caution When going there 7/12/2005

Firestone has recalled several tires and thier service is to be cautioned. If you get your vehicle serviced there then you should stay with your vececule and be observant of any one who may look intrested in your vechule. After you get it serviced then make sure and lock it up for few days when not in use, otherwise the vechule may not be there in the morring whether parked in front of your house or not. more

Very frustrating 6/8/2005

Their prices are good but their customer service is terrible. We dropped off our car for an oil change and because we weren't there, our car didn't get finished after four hours. The manager offered no explanation but oops, sorry. Go somewhere else that isn't so disorganized. more
