Worthless Business 4/30/2012

Never go to business. Took my truck into the business for shock replacement. While replacing the front shocks, the mechanic broke off my dip stick handle. Called the manager, he said ""we never raised the hood"" and ""we didn't check the oil"". I saw the technician in the motor compartment when he was changing the front shocks. Another worthless business to avoid in the Amarillo area. more

Beware!!!! 11/6/2010

They Lie!!! They told me they would make things right if I am not satisfied. In fact their warranty says they will. But Guess what? They wont. They damaged my wheel while changing the tires. They claim that they showed me the damage while the car was on the rack before they did the work. Only problem is that I left the car there over the weekend and was 600 miles away when the car was on the rack. Whats worse is that Firestone the corporation will not honor their warranty either. Good lock with these guys. more
