Above and Beyond Service from this crew 2/19/2009

Was traveling through on vacation and my car started running rough and then overheating. Called at 6:30 pm and they told me to bring it in. The tow truck got me there right at 7 and they stayed until my car was fixed and I was able to continue to my vacation in Texas, thanks to these guys. I will use this store again. more

Incompetence is the standard at this Firestone dealership. An unknowledgable staff and poor service are their trademarks. To be brief, their auto service is as piss poor as their tires. more

Not Good 11/11/2005

I took my 1991 Honda to this garage to have a checkup and they found a problem with the head gasket. Ok, no problem and fixed that day. Problem is that they didn't put the new gasket on right and my block was spraying oil from three places. Even when taken back the next day and obviously wrong they still refused to fix their own mistake. Stay away. more
