TERRIBLE SERVICE 8/5/2009

On most maintenance services, Time is more of an issue than Cost. Otherwise, we'd be doing the Oil Changes ourselves. I called a day ahead to set an appointment for an oil change. They said it would be done in less than an hour. I came in at the appointment time sharp, sat in their small lounge, ate lunch, waiting for over an hour, to find out they didn't even touch it. Now I have to stay longer at work to make up the time. They gave me a free oil change, but NOW I HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO STAY ANOTHER HOUR OR SO, AND STAY LONGER AT WORK AGAIN !! OUR TIME AND PRODUCTIVITY IS MORE VALUABLE, DON""T THESE GUYS GET IT??? Pros: GREAT AT BS'ing Cons: DROPPED THE BALL more
