I can't thank them enough. The Firestone on Burnside was not only convenient with Max just down the street, but Bryan was great. He handled all my problem and had my car repaired by the end of the day. I was on a budget, and he was great about working with me to keep every thing affordable. Thanks again, I would highly recommend! more

I do not recommend this locate for auto repair. They are condescending, untruthful, and over priced. They make agreements over the phone and then do not stick to those agreements and charge vulnerable customers on site. Brian Tidwell is the manager and is dishonest and a cheat. more

I'd like to lodge a complaint against Firestone Complete Auto Care at 815 W Burnside. They charged us an addtional $350 to fix a problem they overlooked and /or created when we brought our care into their business and spent money to fix a problem TWICE this month.\r \r We got our insurance to cover a tow into their shop today when 48 hours after we had drove away from their business our car would not start. Nevertheless, they made us pay for additional services that they overlooked during the initial diagnostic service.\r \r They indicated over the phone that they would not charge us yet they did. more

Outstanding Customer Service 2/21/2011

This establishment is one of a kind. The Service Manager, Catrina, is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. I have bought tire chains there and had my battery checked. I am never disappointed when I visit them. more

Knows their stuff 7/31/2010

I was needing advice on tires and called this store at random and spoke to a very helpful woman who was able to advise me very well even though I was not a customer and there was not necessarily a sale on the line for them. I will remember them for next time! Pros: helpful knowledgable more

Excellent Performance since 1987 10/1/2009

I have had excellent performance from this shop for almost 25 years, from routine company car maintenance to new tires and repairs on my personal vehicles. I highly recommend this shop for all types of repair as well as new tires! more

Firestone Tire & Service Ctrs 7/9/2005

#1 tire place in town. They did an awesome job on my truck. Way better than the other well known tire dealer in this part of the country. Very professional! more

Why do I like this business 6/5/2005

They were very professional, and coutius, they helped me pick out the the tires I needed for my car. They recomeded any repairs I needed. The lady at the front counter was cute more
