I feel like an idiot - don't repeat my mistake. For years I was surprised at the things that they said were wrong with my car, and after many "repairs" my car often seemed in worse shape. This last time they said I needed $2000 in complex repairs. I got mad and took the vehicle to Dix Honda - they told me that I needed NO repairs - and they fixed a problem with the car that Firestone couldn't fix after over $900 worth of repairs and a complete tuneup. DO NOT TRUST THEM. more

Happy with Firestone 4/1/2008

very deceptive dont go here 5/22/2007

My saab 9-5 recently broke down and i was referred to firestone because they are open on weekends. It was very obvious i had an engine problem and when i talked to the people at firestone they agreed and said they would have it looked over that day. They didn't look at it until the next day at which point they informed me they don't do work on saabs and charged me a garage fee of 40 plus 60 to toe it to the correct place. Do not take your car here there are many other better places that will do work for you honestly. more

These mechanics will lie about problems with your car. On top of this, labor is $90/hour and parts are ridiculously overpriced.\r \r After three years of haggling over my inspection issues and dealing with poor service (once during a routine oil change they didn't seal a cap properly and oil leaked all over the place) I am fed up with these con artists. more
