big mistake made 11/29/2007

I brought my car in to get a slow leak in my tire fixed, and they recommended that I rotate my tires. What they failed to notice was that my back tires are wider than my front ones, and they rotated them in the conventional way (didn't they notice something was off?) After driving for a couple of days I realized something was wrong and took it somewhere else, where they had a good laugh and fixed the situation. I would have expected these guys at Firestone to know the difference between 205's and 225's but I guess they don't. more
