Dishonest with customers over Alignment issue 4/27/2011

Alignments are very important ,however this shop does not perfom the service the customer pays for,a partial alignment is not ok when you payed for a complete alignment,why does this go on,it is so important to be honest,it is also the law where auto service is concerned,the customers have rights ! more

good job! 5/31/2006

I had a flat tire and was driving on my spare. Therefore, I wanted to quickly change my tires and randomly went to this place. They did a very good job for a reasonable price. They also had a very good supply of tires because the next day I could already get my car. The people are nice so I would definitely be returning if I need anything. more

Good, honest, Firestone branded repair shop. 9/15/2005

This repair shop isnt much to look at but my experience with them was good. They were honest, didnt misdiagnose anything on my aging vehicle, and didnt tell me that anything had to be replaced that didnt. They work on a lot of vehicles, you can tell from the parking lot full of them. They must be very experienced and customers must trust them to be going there. PROS: Honest, reasonable prices. CONS: Not much to look at, but they get the job done. more
