You know the old saying,\r You can please some of the people some of the time, But you can't please all the people all the time.\r This has to be someone looking for something free.\r I have been to the store many times over the years and the two guys there now are great guys. They show me everything on my car that they suggest before ok the work. I am sure that they showed you what was wrong before giving you such a large bill. You are messing with peoples lively hoods and should be ashamed of yourself. more

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously! They are LIARS and tried to scam my mother and I out of $600 by claiming that our power steering pump was leaking and it would need to be replaced before i left on a road trip i planned for the next day. I had a bad feeling about it from the beginning and was able to convince my mother that we would come back the next day after getting a second opinion. needless to say, there was absolutely NOTHING wring with my car. We put cardboard under it all night to check for drips and my mom brought it in to another mechanic. They were full on TRYING TO SCAM US! \r Seriously, SCREW FIRESTONE, especially any of the ones on long island. more

Good Morning, \r \r On friday April, 4th of April, I called your 1800 number in order to make a payment, while having some difficulties with the confirmation number, I spoke to one of your representative and when I asked her for the confirmation number after I made the payment, she said> just operator 21. good place, or at least it was 4/22/2007

This was a great place under the previous managers, Joe and Sal. They were very honest and only did the required work. They might suggest other services,but they really didn't push it. They are both gone now. I don't know what happened to Joe. Sal was moved up by corporate to a much bigger shop in Babylon or thereabouts. The new manager, Pat, is looking to pad everyones bill with unnecessary things like fuel injection cleaning every 10,000 miles. He actually told me my belts weredry rotted and cracking and should be replaced immediately. I told him"no", since I knew the belts were only 3 yrs old. I took the car home and inspected them. They are perfect,no sign or wear or cracking. A good place,but beware Pat! more
