I have been a customer of Expert Tire in Clarksburg for almost 2 years and they have always been very helpful. I feel they have been honest and have never been pushy or overbearing. The customer service is great, especially Mike, and I have always been able to drop my car off and pick it up that evening without an appointment. Everything has always been done right the first time and usually better than I expected. more

If you want to be taken advantage of some Hill Jacks and want alot of hidden cost....then you should go to Expert Tire. If you go in for a tune up, then don;t expect the 54 dollars as advertised on their board, but expect about 104 dollars. But, dont stop there, if you want head games and overbearing salesmen, then you came to the right place. God forbid that you only ask for your tires to be rotated....You will be high pressured to have your car completely tuned up, brakes repaired, and you name it. You feel like you are beat up by the time you leave, and make sure, that when you go in for your final bill, to bring extra cash or you will be heading for the closest atm machine for the extra charges....I am very disappointed with Expert Tire...all except for Cliff the manager....Hes a great guy, but a few needs to go....... more

Expert Tires is a great place to buy tires. They have all price ranges, and will mount them for you. We were able to by 4 new tires and have them mounted and balanced for around $125. The customers service is great, and the store is decently clean for an auto store. more
