Firestone Complete Auto Care is DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! 7/26/2009

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Absolutely disgusted with the service I received. I paid 357.99 for them to break my car. I was just trying to do preventative maintenance. Blatantly dishonest staff. I don't even care that I got ripped off anymore, I just want my car to run as well as it did before I went to Firestone. Can't do 0 stars, but I'd like to say worse than poor. more

I would not recommend this store for the average customer. They try to sell everything to you during your stay, and your stay will be quite lengthy. Their service seems to be pretty good but I do not like being harassed to buy things. See you later. more

Would not recommend 2/19/2009

I only started going to this Firestone because a friend of mine has a friend that works there. Anyway, every time you go there you might as well have it in your mind that they are going to try and sell you anything and everything. They are obviously on a sales commission or something. Once I left there and heard some rattling noise. Tools were falling from the engine compartment onto the road. I was in total disbelief. That was the last time I went there. Sorry guys, but the rubber doesn't meet the road at this Firestone. more

Not a place for State Inspection 1/2/2007

This is a brand new place but these people seems to be greedy already.\r They fail my fine-working car and ask for $500 worth of repair..\r State Inspections need to be done by the state or something. more
